The Basic License grants you, the Purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferrable right to make use of the work that you acquire (Work).

• Your use of the Work is limited to a single application.
• Items purchased under a Basic License may be used for the following purposes:

                 This is for Private use only. Not for distribution (free or otherwise) or any kind of resales.

• For making videos intended for free online viewing (for example, a YouTube or Vimeo video clip);
• For making 2D or 3D prints intended for free distribution (for example, a goods catalog, a promotional T-shirt, or a construction project mockup);
• For making animated or still visualizations (for example, a building mockup).
• You may use the Work alone or you may incorporate the Work into another work you are creating.
• Unless you have our prior written consent, you must not directly or indirectly license, sub-license, sell or resell or provide for free the Work or offer to do any of these things. All of these things are referred to as Resale.
• You may use the Work in a work which you are creating for your own purposes. You must not incorporate the Work in a work which is created for Resale by you or your client.
• If the whole, or part, of the Work has been created using materials which are the subject of a GNU General Public License (GPL), your use of the Work (or part Work) is subject to the specific terms of the GPL in place of the foregoing conditions (to the extent the GPL applies).

I see you have a model that is just what I need for my new film, print advertisement, or game. What restrictions are there on my usage?

My goal is to allow you the most possible flexibility in using purchased models while protecting my interests and the model’s future sales. Accordingly, when you are publishing, selling, or otherwise distributing your final product you cannot distribute the purchased model in a file format that is usable by any 3D application. The purchased model has to be incorporated into your final product in a way that the end user of it cannot access the purchased model itself. For example, you should publish your final product in a proprietary, native file format so that the users of your final product cannot access the model by itself. You must not distribute with your final product a folder (for example a .zip file) that includes the purchased models by themselves.

Can I buy a model under the Standard License, then use it to render out imagery for use anywhere within a book, poster, t-shirt or other items for sale commercially?

Yes. The rendered image in these cases does not constitute redistribution of the product in a prohibited manner. Public display and performance rights are standard to the default license agreement between vendors and rights purchasers.
